Stress Management workshops

As we become more aware of the role that workplace stress plays in rising mental health issues, providing support for employees wellbeing becomes an essential part of business. According to the Health and Safety Executive, stress causes up to 40% of work related illness. Prolonged stress can lead to a range of physical and mental illnesses – including anxiety and depression. Research shows us promoting wellbeing and mental health support at work can not only lead to improved creativity, better relationships between staff, but can significantly reduce absenteeism saving businesses money and boosting productivity, 1 in every 6.8 people experience mental health problems in the workplace and 12.7% of all sickness absence in the UK can be attributed to mental health conditions.

My workshops and training are centred around informing and empowering your employees to be able to take more control of their well being and have some fun along the way. Stress and anxiety management, resilience building, mindfulness and coping skills training can genuinely be life changing. Many of the cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy techniques I use in practice can be integrated into group workshops as part of relaxation and resilience training. These coping skills are designed to help them not only understand and manage stress better but prevent burnout and increase their overall wellbeing.
