What is Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy?

Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy is an evidence based, practical goal oriented therapy combining a mixture of hypnosis and CBT techniques to help with a wide range of emotional and physical issues. Combining CBT and hypnotherapy has been proven in clinical research to be very effective in treating many issues including anxiety, mild depression, phobias and bad habits. Clients are being taught practical techniques to improve how they feel, think and behave and treatment plans tend to be much shorter than CBT alone.
