What to expect
I offer a tailored therapy approach to each individual’s needs. In our first session we will discuss the issue you would would like to overcome. I also offer online sessions, so that you can arrange your therapy or coaching sessions to take place from the comfort of your own home or work.

Our Sessions
Sessions are relaxed, calm and led by your needs.
Our first session will include an in-depth assessment of your needs and goals from therapy or coaching. We will also decide on how many sessions we think you will need. Typically this can be anything from 3 to 12, although I do work longer term with some clients. We will work together to help you make the changes you would like to see in your life. The more positive and motivated you are, the more likely we are to succeed.
