Insomnia

Insomnia

Falling asleep is one of the simplest things in the world that is until you can’t do it. Insomnia can be a miserable experience that can impact on every area of your life. You may have trouble getting off to sleep at night, lying awake for hours or wake up during the night and can't get back to sleep leaving you exhausted the following day. You may have insomnia and you are not alone. Insomnia is a lot more common than you might think, around 35% of people report having sleep problems in any one year. While insomnia is often linked with anxiety, stress, worry, low mood or depression, it can also become habitual. Not getting enough sleep can make you feel irritable, unable to concentrate and difficult to function normally. It doesn’t have to be this way I can get help.
