I am a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist specialising in reducing stress, overcoming anxiety, phobias and confidence building. Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®) is a powerful integration of CBT, mindfulness and hypnosis based upon experimental and clinical research for individuals, children and adolescents.This scientific, evidence based integration is proven to be more effective when used together to create powerful and lasting change. I am passionate about helping others change and achieve the best version of themselves. Together we can change and reframe the narrative or stories you may be telling yourself and create lasting change for the better.

However overwhelming your problems may feel, I can help you take back control and help you make the changes you need so you can live the life your best life possible. Everyone is different and so is every treatment plan, I develop a completely personalised package for you to help you change for the better. What To Expect?

I offer a tailor made approach incorporating a variety of therapies, including mindfulness, ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy), self-compassion, relaxation techniques and coping skills.

How can therapy help my child?

I can help with a variety of behavioural and emotional issues, from school related problems such as bullying and friendship issues to problems with your child’s sleep or emotional regulation.
