I am a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist specialising in reducing stress, overcoming anxiety, phobias and confidence building. Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®) is a powerful integration of CBT, mindfulness and hypnosis based upon experimental and clinical research for individuals, children and adolescents.This scientific, evidence based integration is proven to be more effective when used together to create powerful and lasting change. I am passionate about helping others change and achieve the best version of themselves.
